At Bloom Perfumery, we want you to be delighted with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrance bottles in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on samples, discovery sets, or products that have been unsealed.

Return Process

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully place the original, unopened product into a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

    Label and Dispatch

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
